TEAM THAT MADE A STATEMENT: West Bloomfield: The Lakers took sole control of the Red on Friday night with a 34-27 overtime win over Clarkston on Friday night. West Bloomfield and Clarkston went back and forth all night but it was the Lakers that got the win and control of the division. They have Southfield Arts and Tech looming next week.

TOUGH LOSS: North Farmington: The Raiders haven’t been the same team since losing to Oak Park. They had a tough 28-21 overtime loss to Adams on Friday night. North Farmington falls to 3-3 on the season and has Seaholm looming next week.

TEAM THAT NEEDS A HUG: Southfield Arts and Tech: The game turned to a shootout which the Warriors trailed 35-14 but it wasn’t enough as they fell 49-42 to Oxford on Friday night. It’s a tough loss for Southfield Arts and Tech especially with the schedule looming. They have West Bloomfield looming next week.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME: Stoney Creek: The Cougars were coming off an emotional high last week when they beat Southfield Arts and Tech 21-14 but they fell 24-7 to Lake Orion on Friday night. To their defense the Dragons are better than their record indicates. Stoney Creek needs to bounce back in a hurry when they have Oxford looming next week.

About Me

My photo
I have highest function of autism (Asperger Syndrome.) I'm a huge Dallas Stars fan. I like to play and watch football, especially when the Dragons play on Friday nights. I am a 2006 alum and used to play football for the Dragons. I ran track, I ran the 100, 200, 400 meter dashes along with shot-put and discus. During my time in Orion I was a manager for Junior Varsity Boys Basketball team. I'm the volleyball, girls basketball, and football announcer for the team and do the book on the road for girls basketball. I do the clock for volleyball in the fall along with girls basketball in the winter and announce some boys basketball games as well. In the spring I coach shot-put at Scripps Middle School, in my fifth season coaching. I run the shot-put for high school meets. I played Special Olympics Basketball, I've won three gold medals for them. I host "Between Taorminas" which is on ONTV along with a podcast called "OAA Now". In other various things outside of Lake Orion, I love to jet ski over Saginaw Bay. Saginaw Bay is basically my life. I'm a trained weather spotter for the National Weather Service for Oakland and Huron counties.
