TEAM THAT MADE A STATEMENT: Seaholm: Coach Jim DeWald and his team made a huge statement on Friday night stunning North Farmington 41-34 on Friday night in the Maple Forest. The veer offense was a difference maker. The Raiders had trouble with the veer against Adams and again tonight. Huge credit to DeWald and his team. Seaholm has Lake Orion looming next week.
TOUGH LOSS: Troy Athens: The Red Hawks have lost the last three games which is a concern including a very tough 21-20 loss to Troy on Friday night. Troy Athens does not have an opponent yet next week which is another concern. They need one quick.
TEAM THAT NEEDS A HUG: Oak Park: The Knights have been a mystery to figure out. They beat North Farmington and hung tough with Adams. Oak Park lost 23-22 to Rochester on Friday night. The Knights have Southfield Arts and Tech looming next week.
ARE YOU KIDDING ME: North Farmington: The Raiders are in deep trouble after losing 41-34 to Seaholm on Friday night in Birmingham. North Farmington has not been the same team since leading 17-0 against Oak Park. The Raiders final two games are brutal with West Bloomfield and Traverse City Central. There is trouble on the horizon for Coach Jon Herstein and company.
