Written Monday August 17th at 11:35 PM

It's a great day for Coach Michelle Jackson-Marshall, "The Hoop Squad", Southfield-Lathrup, and for the place Brock Lesnar built.

Chargers 6.2 forwards Taige and Kehinde Bello committed to the University of Minnesota on Monday which was confirmed on the Michigan Storm AAU Twitter page and Lady Ballers Insider, Jason Wilkins.

Michigan Storm is the AAU team the Bello twins play for in the summer.

The Gophers are a power in the Big Ten in women's basketball and is expected to get stronger with the addition of the twins. Minnesota coach Marlene Stollings tweeted out on Twitter, "Boom and Boom, it's a great day to be in the Twin Cities."

The Bello's will likely see their former Adams and AAU teammate Amber Jamison who is now at Northwestern. They both had more than 20 offers but chose to go together to Minneapolis.

The Gophers were sixth in the Big Ten last season and with a strong class coming in, this move will help Minnesota even more in the recruiting rankings.

The Bello's can know focus on their senior season's as Chargers and for coach Michelle Jackson-Marshall. Lathrup also returns guards Deja Church and Antoinette Miller. The Chargers are one of the favorites not only to defend their Red crown but also to possibly win the Class A State title this season in the final year as a school at Lathrup.
