MIPrepZone has made a ton of changes.
The owners of the newspapers that covers MIPrepZone like the
Oakland Press, Macomb Daily, Daily Tribune, Mount Pleasant, and Wayne County
areas made numerous layoffs on Tuesday and Wednesday impacting several well-known
journalists around Oakland County and the State that covers High School Sports.
MIPrepZone has been in existence since 2007 has provided
numerous State Championships throughout the OAA and well-known writers like
Drew Ellis, Keith Dunlap, Matt Mowery, Dan Stickradt, Scott Burnstein, and Dan
Fenner.
I don’t know how much coverage MIPrepZone will provide now
that they have downsized but it will be interesting to see what happens.
