Three OAA Teams Will Be at Wayne State.

Football isn't until August but there will be three football teams that will be there and will be playing good competition at Wayne State in the Prep Kickoff Classic.

The first team is Orion. The Dragons have missed the playoffs in back to back seasons (8-10 the last two seasons) and have recently lost Caiden Prieskorn and Keith Fields to transfers will play Chippewa Valley on Thursday August 25th at 7 PM. Orion has lost to Chippewa Valley in the last two seasons.

The next team is Southfield. The Warriors will feature some top notch talent in quarterback Sam Johnson III, defensive lineman Eric Eldridge, wide receiver Brandon Gray, and running back Eric McCarns open up the new season against Detroit Martin Luther King at 3 PM on Saturday August 28th.

The last team is Oak Park. The Knights will feature quarterback Dwan Mathis, lineman JaRaymond Hall, and Marquan McCall will play Detroit Cass Tech at 6 PM on Saturday August 28th. Detroit Cass Tech has their fair share of top talent athletes and will be in display on the field.
